Tasmania Roadtrip - Week 4 - Lake St Clair

Out of the corner of my eye I saw something drop to the ground from a tree beside the walking track. It was coiled in a circle and I didn't recognise it at first. Once it got over the shock and started to move off it was obvious it was a highly venomous tiger snake!
